Well, I laid up for about a week. Here is my FB entry that night:

OK, Jim and I are at the YMCA on a Friday night having us some fun, walking on the track, doing our crunch machine and then playing some racket ball and then SNAP goes the muscle in my calf and I am on the floor. Argggggg I have to hobble off the court make it to the foyer and the front desk is telling me to "R-I-C-E the muscle when I get home. So people...I am off to RICE (Rest, Ice, Compression and Elevation)

Jim and I went to the Y last night. Did our normal. This is day one again after being off for not quite a week recovering. All is good.

Workout Diary

Jim and I went to the Y last night. We did our mile and then I did the bike and Jim did the weight circuit. We had eaten some chinese food that afternoon and my tum tum was not feeling good so we didnt do anything extra.

Workout Diary

Jim and I had fun last night at the Y. We did our normal mile walk to start out with and then did our weight circuit (oh my arms are killing me this morning). We ended up playing some racquet ball (just hit the ball back and forth actually). It was fun!!!

Diary Entry

Let's see, this week Jim and I went to the Y three times. Last night we walked a mile to start (on the track) and then did the weight circuit. I only managed 30lb weights but I know I will be able to do more once I get stronger. I was sore this morning but not too terrible.

Jim had to fly to Chicago today but he will be back tomorrow. He went for a meeting with a customer. He is going to have to wear a suit. LOL...I LOVE seeing him in a suit once in a while, it's like playing dress up.

Not too much else happening....I'm a little tired so off to bed to read a little bit and then sleep.

Weight Loss Joke of the Day:

Day One Of: Good-by Poundage and Hello Lean Mean and Sexy Machine!!

Went to the Y tonight and walked a mile on the track and then went and rode the bike for a 1/2 hour (ended up watching the last 1/2 of the Voice while riding the bike) and then Jim went for a swim.
I am not going to bore you all with our Gym workouts but I do want to keep track of everything (make me more accountable I think) so I will be writing on my blog.
